​Central to Clipper Aviation’s mission is to develop a strong and diverse community of aviators committed to helping each other grow. It is our ambition to become more than a flight school, but a space for those interested in aviation to congregate, learn and build relationships.

 

We regularly offer community-building and networking events at our state-of-the-art classroom facility. Join us for free educational group seminars covering topics including weather, aircraft systems, regulations and more. Alternatively, get to know a different side of Van Nuys Airport with organized tours of the control tower or our on-field maintenance partner’s facility. 

 

Clipper Aviation is also deeply committed to expanding access to aviation. We work closely with educational and community organizations to offer subsidized training and instruction to individuals showing a demonstrated passion for flying.
